Oh - Here in North County San Diego rent for 2BD is about $2200 to $2500/month

Damn I just hit Zillow and this looks real yet unreal
2 beds 2 baths 375 sqft 1400/month but yikes 375 sq feet? - photo is area I have driving by more than a few times.

I lease out one Condo for $2800/Month but I am sure one could find something that is ok for $2200 but not below that
