I am somewhat in disgust about where he lives and alternate places to stay on the State at no charge - 3 meals fresh laundered clothes and even a full wardrobe -

bert what the hell - Lakeshore Health Institute which looked real good 4U closed in 2012 re limited funds to keep it going
Alternate Chattanooga, TN 112 miles away does have what you need.
