He has no self control and he's upset. He cannot control himself and isn't willing to take control of his situation, so he's lashing out. In his head he blames tinychan for his shitty lot in life and his mother dying, but he could've sorted out his life, or be at his mothers side by now if he just got off his ass. Sad.
