We highly recommend tinycomrades purchase a block gun and carry it at all times. These special guns do not require a permit of any sort, and trials have shown them to be quite effective in deterring canine muggings.Stay safe, comrades.

That's Tinychanian military issue gear. It requires special training to prevent accidentally shooting your dick off in the heat of combat. I wouldn't recommend it for civilians unless we experience a Class 5 FND event, in which case shooting your dick off is probably for the best, just in case you do get infected.
