I am going to try and get a PayPal account...this week..

I feel very awkward about asking for money here now...Because no one wanted to help me..
I appreciate your willingness to help though.. I might be able to pay my fees for this month...Just a maybe..

I am wanting to get a job in the next week or so if possible...but I really could use help with a belt...And a haircut and a couple of pairs of jeans from the thrift store to work in as I now only have two pair..

If you're going to go to the PayPal website, forget it.

You need to have a bank account. It will take a day or two for them to verify your bank account.
