Scatman, as you may know, is a black African from Kenya who migrated to France. He lived in a no-go zone in France in a migrant center.
About two years before Scatchan shut down, you notice Scatman vanished. He was arrested for gang-rape. He did it several times before he was caught.
He got out on bail but had to check in with the court and his lawyer each day so had little time to run the site. So he let his mods do whatever they want and destroy the site.
Eventually he was found guilty and deported. He was not allowed to keep the computer the government gave him and Kenya doesn't have free wifi or welfare.

I have family in Calais France and the Kenyans and other rapeugees do tons of gang-rapes and everyone is scared.
