I do not remember if I had that grilled or from a pan. It is terrific. Few here have probably never had one of the silken tofu's. Custard like. Fact is I do not have tofu all that often anymore because my Fav Tofu maker when out of business. (The old Japanese guy was like 90 years old) Fresh Tofu made just one hour ago on a bed of ice with a very simple sauce and diced green onions -

But hot damn - I am invited this weekend to a Buddhist Festival just out of my 15 myle drive zone and will ask around about where to buy it fresh made
