That is less than PO expects YET YET more than one payment so you have nothing to lose for showing up with such money and PO will accept it as good faith that you will take longer to pay it off yet you will.

I have to make two payments a week to PO officer..

about the first week of the month I pay forty five dollars for 'probation fees'... the towards the end of the month...I pay my 'thirty dollar minimum court fee'..

plus...I attend a weekly 'anger management class'...which I am supposed to pay twenty two dollars per meeting for...until last week they have said nothing about the fees (I am behind on about fees for about nine classes) because they know I am homeless...and because the lady who does the clerical duties for the class is lazy and does not ever go beyond what she has to..

the last class she summoned two of us for a conference after the class and told us her 'superiors' had met with her and been somewhat miffed over the mispayments...and warned us that if we did not catch up we faced dismissal from the class..

dismissal from that court ordered class is automatic probation violation..

I have been late a few times with my PO fees and court fees...my PO has a notice posted on her door that three missed payments will result in violation...I have been late that many times already but she is a gracious person and seems to have empathy for my situation..

howsomever she only has so much leniency she can allow..

the thirty I was supposed to pay to the court was actually supposed to be sent in the mail in time for her to get a reciept mailed back to her by my last appointment..and of course I missed it..

she said I needed to bring it tomorrow...(my next apointment)..along with my probation fee..

I am in deep over late payments..

I helped family for the last four days and at the end told them what I needed...they only provided the forty dollars and I had about ten more..

as of my last purchase of smokes about an hour ago now I have about thirty nine bucks...and payments have to be made in money orders no exceptions and forty five for PO fees and thirty court fees are minimums..

I might be able to come up with six bucks in the next eighteen hours but I dont think so..

I told my closest family member that I faced jail if she did not help me with more than forty and she balked...it was not a good scene..

I honestly feel like I can not continue this...I just cannot..

You can't afford to be indulgent or feed your vices right now.

Cut costs by quitting alcohol and tobacco, then start trying to make an effort to eat less garbage.

Yeah, but it's not because they're powerless, it's because they choose to fuck themselves up in the future for a small reward now. Same with obese people that die of heart disease, smokers from lung cancer, or alcoholics from cirrhosis.
