Let's say someone wanted to donate some money to you. How could they do so? Paypal?

I am plying catch up on the latest bert drama. So is he now on the run from the law? At his current weight he cannot run very far.

it looks like that yes
he said he needed $30 for his parole officer, begged TC for the money saying he had none, and proceeded to get drunk that same night
All this a month after receiving a large tax refund which he bragged about spending on sex workers and steak

he says he has to pay the post this morning. So he's probably either on the run or sulking in his tent.

Needed money yet had enough to get drunk.
Probably time for me to cut bait and let him drown on his own.
Why did he decide to spend the money rather than solve his legal problems?
+The Asshole !j8WdfRT3xY — 9.3 years ago, 6 minutes later, 8 hours after the original post[T] [B] #515,879
Wonder if he pan handled enough spare change to buy himself some lube for his soon to be, tore up, butthole?

Either way, staying out of jail should have taken precedence over drinking.

Yep. Bert gets what bert wants, because he is a special little snowflake. You know, same reason we should feel sorry for and send money to him.

this is an issue which needs to be addressed..
the court payments have to be a minimum of thirty dollars..
that mean twenty dollasrs is worth absolutely nothing if you owe thirty...and that was why I chose to drink last night...because I had like eleven dollars and absolutely no less than thirty is accepted...they would etiher refuse it at the courthouse or mail it back when you do not have the minimum..
yes...I am now in contempt of court so to speak...my po officer will probably serve the papers at court sometime tomorrow..
all I could figure out to do was ask for help here...as there was nowhere else for me to turn...I really don't blame you guys for not helping me...but I thought there might be at least one person who could spare such a token amount..
I guess I am fucked now...as most places do a simple background check before hiring now...I do not know what I am going to do...but I am not very optimistic about the future at present..

PO might have accepted your attempt at paying what you owe. Drinking up 1/3 of the money only proves you really do not give a shit. If you do not give a shit why should any of us help you.
Please do not bother to answer the question. If you come across a few dollars use it to buy lube for your asshole. You will need it on your next visit to jail.

I thought I made it clear..
the PO made it understood early on that ONLY the minimum was accep5ed for court fees and probation fees...No exceptions..

If you're unemployed and homeless Bert, they cannot force you to pay. How can they? You're unemployed.
I almost bet, you would have not not NOT went to jail today for lack of payment.
But your decision to not go, was your downfall. Your arrival would have been proof that you were showing effort.
Instead, you just give up.

Vagrancy laws are a bitch dude. The courts don't care that you're homeless. If anything in their eyes they think theyre doing good by throwing the homeless into prisons.
Oh an yeah they can force you to pay theough prison work. This is the state we're talking about.

I can agree with you to a point.
But however, the only time a homeless person would be locked up is for commiting a crime. There is no law that says that people cannot be homeless.
Bert only made it worse for him by not even showing up. I would have at least done that.
·Anonymous C — 9.3 years ago, 2 minutes later, 13 hours after the original post[T] [B] #515,929

This is still his and only his fault alone.
This could have been avoided had he:
1. Not wasted his tax refund on useless shit to impress people here.
2. Not assaulted a woman and ended up taking anger management.
3. Not kept on buying hooch.
4. Not kept on doing drugs in the street which prevented him from passing drug tests.
5. Not show up drunk to his donut factory job which got him fired.

Yeah, some aren't as nimble as others. I kinda feel bad for him, though I know I shouldn't really. It's him or me.
