this is the same issue that got me down awhile back...I did some work and had the money but had to spend it since then..
I am probably going to have to dodge my appointment and go on the lam...And the next time I get my record checked by a street cop ,I will be arrested and have to do like four months..
.I did forty days last time and before I would go back in for four months I would probably do something extremely desperate..

It depends on the person. I've heard of people trying to stay in jail or trying to go back after being in for a while. Like they could no longer function in the real world after being in jail or prison for a bit.

Turn yourself in, explain that you're homeless and cannot pay the court cost. They might cut you a break due to your impoverished circumstances. If you attempt to evade your legal responsibilities, the courts will go much harder on you when you're eventually caught.
