Actually he has already gone postal with death threats on line about the Doctor treating his broken down mind. And of course the two attempts at Suicide that failed because his online search skills suck. They do not make it all that easy to look up the totally lethal dose but there were so many examples of failed attempts and that fool used does less that what other people tried and failed.
