it's getting to be a problem, my nails and lips bleed a lot
definitely gotten worse since i started taking adderall
maybe worth bringing up to psych but i do need the fucking stuff so idk

nah i've been doing this all my life
i had gotten somewhat better but adderall makes it somewhat worse so now we're back at square one

in this respect, you're completely correct
in the respect of being awake more than 8 hours a day, and being less than completely exhausted for most of that time, i'm doing much better than i am unmedicated or on different medications
