If you're leaving it to the weather it's never gonna happen. You have to take responsibility for yourself. Or seek help from other people. I've never dealt with this issue so I'm sure it is a lot easier said than done, but if you want to live longer you gotta cut it out. You're already almost 50 years old. People much younger than you die from alcoholism.
