He's knows how to get drugs in the underworld.

Odds are he's long since gotten intimate with the needle.

Even though his drug use isn't much of a shocker, please be considerate. He's only acting out due to a medical condition.
Remember the Texas tower sniper? Well... it's sort of like that with a few minor differences. For instance instead of a mass pushing on his amygdala he has lesions on his brain and instead of going on a shooting spree he just makes rape threats online and poor decisions IRL.
