Topic: American alcohol and food is so cheap wtf

+chili dog !!heHjtrQ7i9.3 years ago #47,131

I just bought 3.5 liters of alcohol for $32 and a pizza with unlimited toppings for $8.65 wtffff

I did also get a tsa groping because my pants button fell off but uh
They were nice about it?
Also there was no border control getting in, that was weird af. Just walked right out

Also in customs going in there was a sign saying we remember 9.11 right on top of the x ray thing? Seems in bad taste

No, European alcohol is cheap. US alcohol just has a lower price than Canada because we don't have fully universal healthcare.

maybe we could be one hundred percent perfect if we're not giving more financial aid to the rest of the world every single year than anybody else...And winning two world wars in the last hundred years..

also the gifts of flight...television...the telephone...marlboros..Wendys...the list could go on and on..

you are welcome..

Just lower taxes all around. We have 15% sales tax and alcohol has other taxes on it. Couldn't find out how much those were though

Yeah, in North Korea government officials can expect to be terminated at a moments notice for no real reason whatsoever.

True. I don't know of specific instances though since the only major impact those places have on the global level is the scarcity of legal diamonds, which I have no interest in.
