Based on a two year study, and silently following the life of Bert, the final documentation has been released to the public.

1. It has been determined that Bert does not suck black men's penises for spare change. He does it for pleasure. This indicates why he comes here and begs for money.

2. It has been determined that Bert has never sucked a males penis while homeless. In a conversation with The Trucker a few weeks ago, Bert stated this, but never denied sucking a penis when he had his own place.

3. It has been determined that Bert suffers from homosexual tendencies. Every thread made, Bert will type, "gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay". He also mentions quite a bit about forcing his penis down another man's throat.

4. It has been determined that Bert tends to go after trannys, and chicks with a penis. This is obvious on TC as he hits on all females, who are known trannys.

So the final prognosis is,

BERT IS A COCKSUCKING FAGGOT!

Sir im a post graduate studying psychiatry near northern border or uganda. Your insight of bert has but fascinate me.
1. I would like to formally request to study under you for the rest of my post graduate course.
2. To supervise my paper im writing about "the tendendacy of retarded and autistic people of using internet boards as a way to be understood by general population.

After reading your letter, and checking on your credentials at Uganda University, if gives me great pleasure to inform you that I agree to study with you.

I believe that with 2 pairs of eyes, and 2 great minds studying this underlying retardation of people, could lead us into a massive breakthrough.

It may takes months, or even years, before we can see what triggers autism in some people, such as in my subject, Bert. And then coming up with a cure, could add onto those years.
