Walmart has cash exchange services. Like western union if you want to wire someone money in exchange for a small fee(i think it was a %). You receive a code that you then send to the receiver along with whatever name the order was made to. It's how money is transferred between human traffickers and their workers down here once a person arrives at their destination. Don't ask me how I know.
