Topic: Tax Refunds

+Anonymous A9.4 years ago #46,733

I did a quick calculation and I'm set to receive from $3000-3500 as a tax refund which is quite a chunk of change.

Any recommendations on what to do with it?

How much will yall niggaz get this year?

What do you mean taxes? I don't pay any taxes.
State can get fuckall.

So you've never bought anything at the store or in amazon? Because I can guarantee you that you pay taxes in some way shape or form.

But I digress, I'm speaking solely about federal income tax. I cashed out several 401k's and had some extra income taxed at a high rate at the time and I should be getting most of that money back. That's what I'm talking about here.

@previous (A)
was talking about income tax tbh

+Anonymous C9.4 years ago, 25 minutes later, 40 minutes after the original post[T] [B] #507,766

I'll pay in a little. Throwing more cash monies into an IRA to avoid that again though.

Tbh I'd probably just put the money up though or at most bought a gat... because reptilians.

I will probably be moving indoors. .

+chili dog !!heHjtrQ7i9.4 years ago, 1 hour later, 4 hours after the original post[T] [B] #507,782

i don't pay income tax lol
i do get $70 checks sporadically for sales tax tho, and they always come when i could really use that money

altho last year i made $1500 and got a tax refund of $20 between federal and provincial. the provincial refund was $3. they sent me a check for $3.

If the money was rightfully your then why mock the check?

·chili dog !!heHjtrQ7i9.4 years ago, 7 hours later, 15 hours after the original post[T] [B] #507,794

@previous (G)
because i think it's funny and kind of a waste of resources to send a check for anything under $5

What do you need work clothes for Bert?

It's not like you plan on getting a job, and holding on to it.

Use it for everclear. Thats all you're good for.

Last year I only got a hundred bucks back. I don't even wanna do taxes this year but I guess I'll go to jail or something if I don't. Sigh.

You only get in trouble if you owe money, if you choose not to take returns they just sit for 4 years until you take them or the state takes them back

·Anonymous G9.4 years ago, 23 minutes later, 3 days after the original post[T] [B] #508,055

@508,035 (chili dog !!heHjtrQ7i)
Usually by february. W2 if your employer deducts money for taxes automatically or 1099 if youre a contractor

+Anonymous L9.4 years ago, 29 minutes later, 3 days after the original post[T] [B] #508,056

@508,033 (Fullmouthextraction !2CQezZ7g6I)

Taxes aren't hard so long as you keep up with it throughout the year.

> how much did you make that is taxable
> how much did you contribute throughout the year
> how much can you deduct from what you owe

easy peasy.
