Ok, I usd to take my glasses off to focus my eyes on something really close to my face, I can't do it anymore, is that permanent
I can't see my armpits the way I used to

I just checked but I can focus to about 6 inches close to my face anything closer doesn't but I don't see why that should be a problem tho.

Armpits I could see just fine. That may be permanent but your good 20/20 vision should compensate with detail at least it did for me. To be honest I couldn't see anything without my glasses close or far so it was an improvement.

But ya, it may be permanent. Tough luck.

Just relax and give it a little more time. It was pretty recent, bud. Hopefully it'll resolve on it's own. Not sure if this will impact your ability to play warhammer 40k or not tbh.
