A comment on YouTube who obviously swings toward the right end of the pendulum said that the second those liberals pick up guns it'll be civil war. I'm willing to bet that he isn't the only ring winger to feel this way, which scares me greatly because this shows intent on killing other citizens of the country. The other side will fight back for their survival and even their morals. It feels like the country is as close to another possible civil war as it has ever been. Russian President Vladimir Putin is pleased with the election results. There would most likely be outcry should Trump win a re-election.Pretty soon, the capitol building would get nuked, California will secede followed by Texas...

As if leftists posting on facebook or twitter saying they're going to kill conservatives or trump voter's isn't the exact same thing. I consider myself right leaning and no, he's not the only one to feel this way. I know many people with access to them, conservatives ofc, and trust me when I tell you that they are preparing. It may not be their primary concern, they still have kids to feed and jobs to go to, but everyone seems to have it in the back of their head that they "need to be ready". It's uncanny how it's just instinctual at this point.
It's an interesting paradox of the modern left though and one that has puzzled me for the longest time. They advocate use of borderline violence and force to eliminate institutions and deny others their rights(opinions, education, political voice, etc) and go so far as to publicly say they're willing to kill but for whatever reason they always seem stop just shy of getting the tools of the trade.
You can call them cowards or people who just have loud mouths but the greatest thing you can do is underestimate your enemy and anyone who laughs at the left for "just" keeping citizens out of universities for their sex(males) or race(whites) or "just" ridiculing their political opponents in order to proliferate their brand of social justice cannot see the writing on the wall. It's like the comment said, the moment they have access to guns they will use them. Look at all the recent shootings and check out the backgrounds of the shooters and then ask yourself what political side do you think they were on?
They aren't stupid, misguided maybe, but not stupid altogether. They obviously know the numbers are skewed against them in this important regard. The conspiracist within me wonders just how much of the anti-gun rhetoric is them trying to disarm the right and even the odds and how many(more) of these supposed anti-gun liberals are gun owners just biding their time before they make that mad dash to power.

Some non-gangbanger Chicagoans like their guns too... although Chicago's gun and knife laws are a little silly, but it only shows how ineffective these laws are at mitigating violent crime. Criminals find a way.
