In my humble opinion the only way to do that is with serious attention to ones own health. Weather forced a change in work plans and crew is all indoors instead of out on the road with vans testing
Stuff So I ended up with 3 hour block of unplanned time and dang I get a call from an HR gal where I used to work and she asks me if I have some spare time for maybe lunch and yes I can eat and bill for the time and I say what about a beach walk instead of eating and we can spend say 3 hours getting more fit instead of a lunch she and I no need and we just completed a beach walk with STORM coming in and Ocean a crashing thrashing yet not one drop of rain in 3 hours. News shows rain all around us - Damn she is sure cute.
Now one hour work in a few minutes to make another client happy and I am all packed for 2morrows trip BS and ski gear is on the way so its there when I arrive - taking no chances on this trip having to use borrowed equipment cause airline has little room for ski gear.
Get healthy stay healthy and no meds needed to get it up n keep it up
