Yea n the timing of your Question is relevant. Back as teen I burned the candle at both ends. My ham radio mixed with chemistry stuff for bombs n rockets-fireworks - There was never enough time for it all and school and of course Girls but Hormones won that battle - and working my ass off at two part time jobs to pay for car date and of course the expensive parts for ham radio and Explosives

Now I R no jock. I took something called ROTC and we spent weekends at a Marine base and had to drill with Marines. I said back then there is no fucking way I could wood be a Marine and ended up being forced to take Basic and Survival training and I flunked Basic - actually almost had to take it 3 times but powers that b said he cannot be gigged for not wearing our uniform so pass him but I passed that Basic with a micro-inch to spare. Survival training however I was more better than the DI who ran the course and back then at that base DI's killed dead several in classes. Survival does not require the physical strength basic does - Survival requires a lot o mental strength - Pain has to become unimportant.

So I came away back then with a vow to NEVER work out again the rest of my life - No more running no more pushups no more any of that

Yet I had to start doing laps in the pool as it was that or get sliced n diced as males in my family have been doing the Artery slice dice patch n stint bit for years and take mean as fuck drugs and complain they cannot get it up nor can they use Viagra cause that drug wood kill them dead.

I told docs fuck that and discovered I could beat it but had to do Aerobic at least 6 days a week n chose Swimming laps 7 days/wk THEN THEN with Dancing became hooked on Drugs - Endorphin's and Adrenalin.

I am ritting a book on this so just skim on - Then stopped swimming laps cause I moved here and Surfing is what everyone does when one is not climbing mountains hiking or Skiing or Snowboarding. I had a pool but to keep it wood have meant losing my back yard as in falling down the bluff as neighbors experienced - Pool is now mostly a bed of Roses and soon when I get it done a load of herbs almost complete. I might even grow some legal pot in 2018 or could now if I got that free card. Client wood screame cause my consulting contract does require drug testing when in Command n Control of Satellites. But a few plants wood be fun for view

tl;dr? The new Dox stuff - I thought cause I could still Free Climb real good and run far better than most 1/3 my age I was super fit. Bull Shit
This new gig I am doing cause my old fleet of Satellites not so much needs me as they get parked for disposal and the new almost all up fleet is not needing me like the prior designs - IT WILL NEED ME Butttt SEC wood shit bricks if I were 2 say Y

The new gig is some of the most fun I have had since I was a Teen EXCEPT EXCEPT EXCEPT I discovered I am NOT Physically up 2 the task. Working on my back on a Mechanics dolly for hours - I found out I am not flexible enough - So I got the hell out of Qualcomm campus Gyms and there are many of those all nice equipped but sans full trained staff + people wood chase me down with can you help me with this and I am going to be fired unless you come help me - Including a new hired Chinese PhD who actually came into the shower room while I was fully soaped up and could not even open my eyes - She all in tears n fear of loss of job and deportation

Qualcomm Gym out and 24 hour fitness Gym in with lots of Staff to teach me how to be F L E X I B L E

No more full 10 Miles on Beach - Now maybe 4 to 6 miles and finish on a Treadmill which is aesthetically shit Except the place is filled with very very very VERY Cute girls yet so was the beach and they wear even less on beach then in gym - But advantages and then 45 or so minutes a day getting F l e x i b l e

So to finish this epic thesis - Dox - I do fear a wall - I am feeling wayyyyy to good all of a sudden - More work more money and damn I lost so much on election but that might be an advantage long term as it pushes me to jack up my fees and take on more work but at least this stuff is beyond fun cause it requires so much math and tinkering and without what I learned as Teen cause they did not teach it in Engineering classes back then and now no one is taught the stuff I am doing so I am surrounded by MS PhD engineers that look in awe and say where the fuck did you learn that stuff. Most broadcast engineers no it but now there are no more Broadcast engineers as automation has phased them out

I also have been a nail biter since b4 I can remember but now NOT at ALL - Cold turkey stopped n no clue Y. Its like my penis grew 4 more inches n I have no clue how to deal with the new nails. They get in the way of stuff and scratch me as I wash my feet etc

I do plan on inactivity when Nail goes in my coffin

Yea no problem. Most recently a neighbor of yours came this way - Reid from Oregon and we dined on Thai and had many a good conversation

Seattle is - First 7-8 biz trips all cloudy n overcast or just rain - Then Sunshine on the next trip and damn what a fyne place 2B when its sunny

While up and about and at the time I was working in a Stealth situation in both cities and felt like I dared not get to no to many people outside of the dance community but was isolated in Both cities cause both are so small - I found a poster about a dance in some out of the way country town where no one lives not even farmers as they all live elsewhere and the farming is all kinds automated machine planters-pickers But that area holds a Cajun event in some huge monster farmers association building. So poster says Cajun band with imported band from Louisiana. I figure I had struck Gold so call and told sorry we sold out on first day posters came out and over sold so no possible room for you n hit up us next time

Broken hearted I said well I am out of town and really from Santa Monica Calif and miss my Teaching Cajun dancing days and the gal says U can teach that stuff? Like no one really has a clue how to dance to the music but we all have a good time with like 800 plus people showing up from all over Canada. So I get invited if I will do a class

Damn they fed me a decent Gumbo right out of a cook book and done correctly with imported whatever they needed on Special delivery - 10 Pounds of Okra and all that it takes - I taught the class got laid that night and the next night and got invited to Islands and shed a few tears at how lucky I was to say just the right words at rite time - Not a chair for me to sit on re wayyy over sold but people got up so could sit and eat my Gumbo and I never sit cause I can dance 100% of time with band and dj music so chair only good to eat dinner anyway

Man did I get laid during that week after - One gal made her living on one of those Strait of Juan de Fuca Islands as a coffee cart girl and she did more than ok dollar wise. However everyone around her was super rich and all married so me single at time and her beyond amazing shocking lovely - No single guys on that Island for her. Man do I miss her LoLol and I taught her to dance real fast in so many ways and she taught me a few things as well
