It's a site made by former TC sysop savetheinternet, was popular back when it was made because it hosted /r9k/ and /new/ which Moot deleted.
But started dying after he brought them back, so it was life support for a few years before STI pulled the plug. Now the diaspora go from website to website.

There isn't enough users left to warrant being called a diaspora. Once forechan.org went, that was the end of the last pure group of anons left of 4chon several of which, like myself, refused to go back to bed with the tripfag run hellholes like 8ch/4chon(smiley's personal domain), 8chpl, or the DOA 4chon.co.

The Day of the Rope is basically a day when Aryan males hang all non-Aryans and degenerates. It has roots in the book written by white nationalist William Luther Pierce titled, "The Turner Diaries". /new/ used to always spout this bullshit on 4chon.org. What I found interesting was that even after that website's demise, /pol/ doesn't seem to support such an idea.
