Really things are so dull someone is counting down to2018?
Y not convert it to something more significant then one week. Plank time me thinks wood be the way so currently 850 zeptoseconds (850 × 10−21 seconds) wood be the base line for counting anything. I had to lookC this up because I R a great Engineer but NOT a Physicists.
jiffy (physics) 3 × 10−24s The amount of time light takes to travel one fermi (about the size of a nucleon) in a vacuum.
zeptosecond 10−21 s Time measurement scale of the NIST strontium atomic clock
Currently these R but R as yet R not measurable so its probably best to use

Jiffy is not 2B confused with Jiffy Peanut Butter which is in my opinion just crud
