My friend is trying to log into his thunder account so he can download from their cloud service but it seems like you can't log in from an American IP or something.

He was able to download before, but the program would crash when the downloads reached 99%, so he tried updating to the latest version and that wouldn't let him sign in. Then he tried installing the older version, but apparently whatever cookie was keeping him logged in was destroyed when he upgraded, so now he can't use the program.

Are there, like, ways to spoof your IP for non-browser-dependant programs?

...No.
But there are ones with HK IPs, which are just as good I'd think.
