Maybe if everyone was honest instead of tell me I am "perfect the way i am" (yeah aren't we all 🙄) and "don't lose any weight" and instead said "are you sure you wanna eat that" and "you should go to the gym u looking flabby" I bet I'd be more motivated, i bet fat shaming works

I have started watching what I eat at those truck stops. So now instead of eating the heart attack foods, I have started leaning more into the salads.
