Topic: Have new Problem and do not like recommended solution - tl;dr warning

Verizon 5-78 Freeway street view Ce.pngRecently I had to cut off miles of my daily beach run. I needed to rapidly increase my flexibility for a project of many many months so I can work in a very cramped space - Small shack aka Verizon cell base station as in a couple of Google Pics

So I cut my miles which varies daily and finish them on a treadmill at 24 hour fitness. Its easy to adjust to make it about the same as running on packed sand by jacking up the elevation to 5% yet in trial full runs on the treadmill I do sweat a lot more than on my beach runs. From the roof of that shack I could see a 24 hour fitness sign and said that is the place that can fix my body up to be very flexible and it sure is working wonders.

So I cut the miles and 24 hour fitness has a couple of trainers who understand Yoga is just not for me so they have multiple work a rounds and my flexibility is so much more better but I need it to be a LOT more better long term.

The problem IS I lost weight 10 pounds Exactly That is a very good thing because over the last 3 years I have gained the 10 and in 3 months 10 is now gone just in time for the Holiday parties.

Now what do I do? If I lose two more pounds I am back to the weight I was in the 60's - Its not healthy to be to skinny.

Eating more and I sure am because I find myself eating midnight snacks which has been more unhealthy stuff like Brie cheese and hunks of Cinnamon toast OR a full Salami on Rye sandwich.

Last night 20% of a bag of Trader Joe's Turkey gravy dressing chips

Recommended solution by trainers is to cut back on the miles daily but that means I have to give up my drug addiction on Endorphins and Adrenaline

OK back to work n thanks for not reading my tl;dr

Adding - If anyone say like Meowth were to drive by the 5/78 freeway they wood notice that the Antennas are very dark BROWN currently - Really a dumb as fuck color when the antennas have a batch of amplifiers that now in summer will heat up more than ever b4 and fail more rapidly

Google updates on space view and street view is wayyyy not so much so good. Antennas have been brown now for 6 months

I know what you mean. Having to submit my own invoices since I don't have a secretary is costing me minutes off my routine. I'll never get those 5-10 minutes back, you know? Geez.

C'mon, it blends in mo' betterer with the natural surroundings and looks like... something that could maybe, possibly, perhaps be a "tree"... if you were looking at it from far away, tilted your head, and squinted.

Yagi 432 array and misc 2meter etc-.png@previous (B)

I remember after installing with much HELP my first large antenna on my parents roof. Huge Yagi array and mine ended up far more ugly then what I found similar for a pic and parents were supportive till post marriage it all came crashing down

Here in Cardiff by the Sea - Calif Coastal commission wood take offense if I exceeded a hard core height limitation for any structure which includes
antennas

At least a huge installation such as this Cell base station wood not function if city demanded fake palm trees or even worse the Flagpole design that really sucks as an antenna farm

They're all just as, if not more, unsightly than the antennas by themselves.
