Two things. Server being used is mostly impervious to such attack because it runs much like Cloudflare - MC uses Cloudflare which among many things it does is to sense a flood of excessive pings and blocks the ports the pings hit. Its also near impossible for the Server TC uses to be taken over by a more speedy bandwidth attack because they are already running close to web state of the art and one wood have to be in TC case, very close to Frankfurt with one hell of an expensive optical direct connect to web to push pings quickly into the server. Could be done in Co-Lo telco central office blocks away from the server but probability is no one could get away with that without setting off internal alarms
I can now admit to taking advantage of Kimmo on AnT back when he chose his Server which was Co-Located at a Clients location near downtown Los Angeles

Been2 tied up with multi-tasking but have figured out why ping no work
It takes another tool to complete the ping and that works most perfect. Was going to do a screen cap of results - Best if you PM me and let me show you how to complete the Ping
I should explain just a little bit and bit is the operative word Ping sends out a packet and its of the form that forces each router along the way to look at the packet and concludes "Time has expired" So the router sends back a message that contains the routers IP address and the next packet from your computer is forwarded and you're supposed to see what you normally see when you use Ping
Alas Cisco routers and betting others now just drop the expired time with no return to you and so it looks like (to you and me) nothing is going through - It is however but its just Transparent
Far to many words to splain - So a more sophisticated tool is required and that is super simple via the command line.
Reason for not showing has to do with one bit of info the tool also gives if one were to proceed to the next logical step and I could ask Joseph what he thinks but have run out of time and have to complete my project for by crew tomorrow
And perhaps I have said enough about better tools so you might even know what tool that is for the command line - If you do? It will also end up with some but not all results so it does require one modifier for full completion on the full route

Cloudflare has the track record for stopping two of the worst Dos attacks ever - Expensive as all shit attempts unless one breaks into a Telco central office and breaks open multiple cages of Co-located equipment as the cops arrive. OR OR if as in the record setting Hong Kong attack back in 2014 and On will remember why this happened - Political in nature news sites Chinese Gov hates just hates and getting access to the Fiber ring OC-768 is child's play to Commies. Its like the KGB in Russia. The best ISP's are Co-located by FORCE by KGB now renamed as FSB & SVR.
My Globalstar system in Russia - From one end of Russia to the other its located in KGB headquarters.
By pure accident/Co~Wink~E~Dink so are the key Telco Central offices as well as the Prime Cell system infrastructure (MSC, but they have outside dummy operations so people will think otherwise
