We don't need to, the population of Asian youth will probably drastically drop within the next generation or two due to Asian youth and young adults abstaining from sexual intercourse and focusing on jobs, that is assuming there's not a cultural shift such as a "free love movement" during that time. Considering how traditional Asian societies are, I wouldn't bet on it.
