If you want to make a formal accusation of something as disgusting as child molestation to someone who has never fantasized about any sort of sexual activity with a child, or has ever provided any sort of proof or evidence as such in my posts, then you can do it via proper channels such as the police or FBI. If you live in the US where most states are mandated reporter states and you suspect child-abuse enough to accuse someone of it, but don't report it makes you guilty of a crime, in fact, I'm pretty sure that with a false accusation of a crime such as child molestation, without reporting it via proper channels, does make you guilty of libel.
