It's some gimmicky musical artist, they post bizarre videos, people get curious about what it is, find the music videos, gains popularity. I decided to look to see what this was after positing the video and the music kind of reminds either of the electropop artist Annie, combined with No Doubt era Gwen Stefani. I'm not a great judge on if music is cool or not, but it's not bad.
