So, no, sacrificing a chicken at the crossroads won't give you extraordinary prowess at playing the blues or a functioning uretha, but you can still pray to Mr. Satan, and work on actual pathways for your goals to materialize through. TST specifically (although not alone on the Satanic front) has fought for freedom of religion, homosex rights, abortion rights, etc. FEL appreciates the fightto terminate fetuses for abortion rights. A lot of the stuff they're fighting for have been stuff that a lot of Christians would be against. You can talk about hypocrisy of the christians, the bible, or the church. You know, like the sort of fucktardation it takes to be both against safe sex and abortion. Although that sort of thing is lost on the people who are against 'em and they'll either say not-so-nice things or rebuke you and say "'imma pray for you, bud." There's really plenty of ammo against Christians/Muslims/Jews without going into altruism and civil rights advocacy.
