For those of us who are not botanically inclined, Atropa Belladonna is the Latin name for "Deadly Nightshade". Most people around here grow Datura Stramonium(Spiny Apple, Jimson Weed, Angel trumpet), as I have in the past as well. However, I find A.Belladonna to be a more beautiful plant, with flowers ranging from blue-green to purple, while also producing beautiful, glossy, dark blue/black berries.My question is, can I get in trouble if some dumbass tries to get high off of the plant, and kills themselves? Should I put up signage warning idiots not to eat them(though it goes against everything the FEL stands for). People might actually try to eat them, too. They apparently have a lightly sweet flavor, similar to that of blueberries.

Just put a "No Trespassing" sign up. That way, you should have a legal defense if any morons do eat it and die, but you can still be in line with FEL ideology.

Most unfortunate. Although in theory it'd be violating a few laws to import/grow them in most areas here. Still there are other things which might break a few laws you could grow. Ones that won't make you want to kill yourself if you accidentally touched them anyway.
