Nocturnal enuresis can be associated with increased stress if it's a regular occurance. It can also be associated with new medication, particularly sleeping pills which may stop the body from waking up when you need to urinate.

Most of the time it's just a one time occurance, but if it occurs regularly then you may need to see a doctor since maybe a medication needs to be adjusted or you have other underlying issues that need to be addressed.
