I am again about to rollout for a few hours on my back and I do mean on my back like some mechanic working under a car and the only upside to being downside is I can and do up my consulting fee for this kinda work - About 2:45 mins is my plan n then STOP - 4 minutes away is a 1st Class Gym with so many gizmo's I had to pay a trainer to show me how to use them and then trainers tend to want ME to do more without machines. Stuff I could do at home but at home no steam room no sauna and NO Lap Pool Hell NO Pool at all cause I could just see my pool doing what neighbors pool did and become beach property while taking much of the back yard with it so I just had a platform built in and filled in with mulch compost etc some light soil to grow plants in and of course a classy drain system so it does not end up at bottom of old pool and fill up with water
Sorry 4 Rant as it only delays me getttting on my back and tuning cavities like some dentist I suppose but damn it do pay good
Out of here - Work then Gym with 50% of my daily run done at beach at will finish on Treadmill and tune up my back and arms which were out of tune to begin with but I am GETTING There rather quickly
THEN THEN One hell of a fun evening planned and ending with a fancy dinner after dancing nite away and THANKSGIVING On Thursday - I host this year and will use local Resturants ovens to cook to huge birds n a duck himmm maybe not the duck its just to labor intensive during the cooking UNLESS I get one from Chinese place that uses the special oven that requires no attention - Air pressure under the skin to get that skin extra crispy - Chinese only way to fly with cooking duck
