Get a shower head with an attached hand held with a diverged so you can change from the main head to the hand held. Unscrew the head from the hand held when I stop for. 4 days or so all returns to normal.and slightly turn the diverted so water comes out both the main shower head and hand held. Slide the hose into your ass and let it flow. I regularly insert the hose 8 to 16 inches. You will not over pressure your colon using this method and you will be able to monitor water temp from the flowing shower head. Been doing it for years a few times a week sometimes.
