10K is very very very very GOOD GREAT KEEP IT UP
10 K not much different than 10 Miles and the most ever I did was 18 and that was with a pack on but the run was well it sure was S L O W E R
NOR Will ever never do that again - Marine Corp basic training and remember I was never a Marine - Even flunked Basic the first time - Passed the 2nd but Marines do not get a 2nd try - I did for special reasons re work for Gov stuff
I did pass Marine Survival as best in class and better passing grade than the DI which made him mad as fuck
Nope 10 Miles not KM
Now I did that this AM early and am about to go and climb under a rack of electronics and work on my back for a couple of hours - In order to be nimble on the dance floor later 2nite I will just 4 mins from the work I am going to do hit 24 hour fitness and do a few machines that make my ole bones n limbs feel more better
They have some kind of stepper machine I can make go backwards to simulate me running backwards on the beach - I do that on occasion and you should try walking backwards for say 5 minutes and you will notice a huge change very quickly if you do this a few times a week - I am only going to do it for 5 minutes later and I run up a couple of controls to make it hard and stiff as I pump me legs and get my heart rate up to 140 or so for the 5
It will tighten up parts of your thighs all the running or walking 4ward will NOT - I need to get the names of those machines I use and its on my list -
C ya 2morrow or?
Out of here

@previous (ducky !MwWb.dJjRc)
running 100 steps backwards is the same as running 100000 steps forwards
it takes a lot of SKILL and eye like to challenge myself

Doubt it helps running butttttt - Rub her hand along the outside of your thighs then the inside of your thighs - HUGE Difference on firmness ok - Walking backwards cause running that way ain't practical - That will rather quickly in a few sessions let you feel a change - Just dooooon't be doing the cop a feel all that much cause in your case well nuff said
When time I will post a new topic for you about something super simple you need to do when - well wait cause I think you will be surprised

Have you ever ran backwards in a corn field though?
