Old people have it made here. This place is amazing. It has apartments, neighborhoods, and duplex neighborhoods. All with a lake in the center, and everything within a gate. I'm jealous of these geezers.

To clarify, it's still through my same old construction job. The company just got hired to renovate some units on the property.
