my cat ran into it and now there's some battery issue, it won't turn on or take charge

at least there is warranty but like my assignment is on there, i can't install matlab on this laptop because the hard drive is 20 fucking gb and matlab is 16 fucking gb, and i have an e-textbook on there that's only licensed to that computer

i can't remove the battery, it's one of those tablet-like laptops that i can't open up :c
but there's no charging light when plugged in and it doesn't boot at all in any circumstance
