When they are arrested the dog will start to cici at the cop thus making the cop feel like he's in pain the dog gets released from the cop and Carries On the crime of possessing an AK-47 and shooting random people. NYPD reports this 256 times a year but fears the number is higher due to a victim guilt complex.
