The next best places to target are the eyes, throat, mouth, cloaca, etc. Somewhat similar to other humanoids. Targeting the tail is almost always ineffective.

I know only a few people here actually like to pew pew and chill and despite it being on le reddit, it's all in good fun, if you want to join the match this month check out the link. I don't use the same username there, but some of you might be able to guess which one is me, I haven't posted my targets yet, but hopefully I'll go blat some lizards soon.(https://m.reddit.com/r/guns/comments/50rfp5/september_2016_irons_match/ https://m.reddit.com/r/guns/comments/50rfp5/september_2016_irons_match/). The rules are pretty simple. You have 15 rounds and three targets. You're shooting from 150 yards at oncoming reptilian sucm. The only support you can use is a sling. Shoot 5 rounds at each target. Shoot one target while standing, one target while kneeling/sitting, and one target while in the prone position. If you don't want to engage in reddit faggotry, we could arrange our own match if there are enough people that want to blat lizards or do some crossover match with another chan... like opchan obv. (If you're in a freedom hating country you could use an air rifle at a closer distance, perhaps 50 yards?).
