Good job, brother. We can't have the state telling us what we can or cannot use.

The nanny state BS is getting insane. First ibogaine, then kratom, and even antibacterial soap. It's time to stop.
I went ahead and picked up a kg from thekratomking just in case I or someone I know needs help kicking an opi habit. :/

I went to a local vape shop today and the feds had recently raided them for CBD oil of all things and made them pull it from the shelves. What kind of nonsense is that? Because it 'contains THC' (nor) and the shopkeeper proposed they test it and the feds refused. They sell kratom as well and have already been trying to spread awareness about it. Anyway, it's not really a surprise that they threatened to jail her if she didn't take CBD stuff off the shelves, but it still pig disgusting that these feds would threaten some harmless old lady running a vape/tobacco shop.

Grate job, bud. Your country thanks you and all other who've signed.

Update: Only 6,000 signatures to go. Why did this gain so much more traction than the forced euthanasia petition? The world may never know.

Probably because we didn't think to make FEL branded kratom.

> Heavy spoke with Russ Baer from the DEA’s headquarters in Washington D.C. on September 28. When asked if the ban was still going through, he stated:
> We are moving forward in terms of scheduling. We don’t know if it’s going to be on that date or sometime thereafter. The reason September 30 came into play was…we’re required by law to post in the federal register our intent to schedule at least 30 days prior to the actual temporary scheduling action. If you do the math, the earliest possible date we could do the temporary scheduling action is September 30.
> Russ also said they’re waiting for direction from the DEA’s Office of Diversion Control, who will decide if they will publish the ban effective September 30 or at a later date.
