He will come out of a manhole crying. He will constantly pout "why do we smoke Crack? Just so we smile Crack! crack?"

After 5 minutes of repeating this he will summon lightning from the sky screaming in hatred "all the crack is gone, I wanted change" then the dude is all red and goes back into the manhole to be seen the next day usually 5 blocks away. He sometimes has an ak47
