It's just some middle aged sperg licking a cellphone.
In all reality this is a common trend amongst the window-lickers of today. Once a window-licker encounters a smartphone, tablet, or other similar mobile device, they soon become bewildered by the screens. These invalids often mistake these screens for windows and occasionally suffer mild shocks as a result, which does little to curb their natural inclination to lick windows and window-like objects.
The most humane course of action is to euthanize such creatures immediately where possible.
