Well, I mean, come on. Nearly all of the Pickup item slots are taken up by berries in FR/LG because they don't grow in Kanto, and then you go and waste a slot on nuggets when everybody who's beaten the E4 has a basically unlimited supply of money and we could actually be getting something useful like Revive, or PP Up, or Elixir? Plus, you can steal them from wild Meowth too.
