Sad to say its been like 15 years or so. Memories of one hell of a team of Engineers I once worked with back at Malibu Research Labs aka Hughes. Howard Hughes had a unique policy of hiring special groups of employees which included one hell of a lot of disabled Vets including lots of Blind Vets. Also he produced a company movie that was shown to all incoming new employees so they understood it was policy to treat this group with extra respect.
Another of the unique groups were the Flying Tigers and I got to No and work with several very well they were UNIQUE - Out of respect I do not share why a number of them hit the front page of LA Times about two years after I left. All I will say is they were good at hacking the company phone system for and the for is all I will say
Oh do have a story about one of the Flying Tigers who had a most unique life style and was super proud
