In this case I didn't pet her enough methinks. When I went to remove my hand, she attacked it. This violent incident isn't the first time she's attacked me or someone else for not giving her enough lovings either. Although tbf she might've been screening me for reptilian taint and the scan wasn't complete when I removed my hand.

Either way I'm getting the silent treatment. Of course we did agree to pet-sit a friend's dog for a couple weeks, so I'm sure she isn't happy about her temporary roommate either. It's hard to say what the true cause of the violent outburst was.
