Quality Topic - I will be back later to contribute - Just in from Surfing and AND AND AND - I had to cut back my miles a day cause of heel pain, so I limited self to 7 miles a day - Of course NO ONE EVER has asked how fast - FAST Enough cause I do pass others much MUCH MUCH MUCH Younger - However others pass me - Ain't really a matter how many miles one Runs Walks Swims or dances the night away - What do matter is Aerobics EVERY Day if possible - Plus besides all the health benefits a Runner HIGH is just AMAZING and good for body n mind - Feels good so here goes one more Drug High No cost n totally LEGAL Yet I do get pulled over by Cops much to often cause it also makes you somewhat silly crazy stupid for a while

BUT In the last 4 days I am back to 10 Miles and that includes some up/down bluffs which are not all that high and will have to measure one day AND Going up is somewhat slow but FASTER then walking Up!!

Be back after the run and some breakfast n shower n stuff AND 2Morrow is in fact Taco Tuesday with far far more friends joining in cause yesterday I made a lot more friends - Photos of event will be coming in near future (of course I will blur or select shots where ME not in them)

If you're going to die one day and many of us will - New Orleans style Jazz Brass Band with all your friends joining in - Let them party on and be happy instead of tears.

I once was in search of how to make that red fiery stuff that real taco street vendors provide. Asking local Mexicans kinda failed. And looking it up on net results in recipes far to complex and nothing like the real thing. The word Salas and of course hot sauce ends up with results that have nothing to do with wot I was looking for.

Ask a Mexican how to make "Chile" does result in lots of common answers and recipes. Sure it can mean the Chile itself as a veggy. Or it can mean the Red fiery stuff I was looking for. Then by chance I stopped by a recommend Fish taco shop in Baja and ordered the tacos and the owner showed me step by step several variations of Chile.

She showed me how to roast the dry Chile's and Roast tomatoes on the grill and a wee bit of garlic roasted - then hand grinding (I now use a small food blender)
Three simple ingredients, prepared individually and blended together - Also a version of only dried Chilies-garlic and blend - In all cases add some salt at end.

The Green Salsas with Tomatillos which is more ideal for Fish Taco's along with the Red sauce - Damn simple to make but it does take more time

I grabbed that photo because in NO FUCKING WAY is that picture representative of a true Taco. Can be prepared to be satisfying but few are. In a pinch sure I eat them that way. To many like Taco Bell use PLASTIC CHEESE and super greasy meat. - Del Taco in a pinch I will eat but only when I bring my own red sauce.

My mom said never use that stuff. I have tried it and the Shilling brand was more salt then Chilies and an odd taste so I threw that out of my spice rack years ago.
