I have on occasion used those bacon bits made out of soybeans.
I think I mentioned needing to get a blood panel tested because with huge loss of sleep over multi days in row of couple or three hours of sleep I need to be sure and aware of how I may have fucked up my body gears. Numbers are off a tad but not all that bad
HOWEVER I again have religion and have stepped up my Fruit and Veggy intake - Locally their is a set of special product Veggy farms - Famous very Famous and most products are exported to the most famous restaurants in the world. Virtually NONE end up in markets here YET they do have one road side stand not all that far from me and its even a next door Zip code. Called them today to see if they have Okra which is impossible to locate around here
Phone message tonight they say no have Okra but they have contact for a competitor who grows a huge amount for some drug company and I can buy a few pounds at a time
Okra is my again Go to Veggy along with more Bok Choy and Chinese sugar peas,
I am going back to lots of meat only on Sat Sunday or some Fridays if its a park concert with early start ...Loading up with meat and then trying to Jitterbug for hours is not compatible.
During the week I am doing the Asian thing - Meat will only be a condiment instead of the key ingredient until AFTER November when a new Prezzy is elected
