The first one could be FND related, but it's true, there may need to be a seperate category specifically for animal or FND attacks.

As for the Wendy's parking lot scenarios does he ever actually get out of his car or would it most likely fall under DUI/DWI scenarios (e.g. he drives his car into the brick wall of a local Wendy's fine dining establishment)?

That's a possibility, but it's hard to imagine another scenario. I'm just not convinced he actually gets out of his vehicle at Wendy's... Unless it's was for a prostitute bath or to service a client while he waited on his food.
